All orders, regardless of size, are subject to acceptance by the company; acceptance may be refused at the company's discretion and without giving any reason. The quality and quantity of items, technical descriptions, dimensions, sizes, and other information provided in the product description are accurate and verified; however, please note that—due to the nature of digital images—colors and materials may appear slightly different from the original. Colomba reserves the right to modify or delete any information at any time and without providing any explanation. Only users who are legally of legal age according to the laws of their country of origin may carry out transactions through the portal. By registering on the portal, the user declares that he or she is of legal age and accepts the following terms of use. He or she also accepts responsibility for any information provided upon registration and for any subsequent purchases.
Shipping
In the event that one or more products are not immediately available (out-of-stock), we reserve the right to cancel or delay the shipment, replace the missing pieces or ship the pieces in stock, as agreed with the customer.
Colomba guarantees the utmost professionalism at every stage of the purchase process. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination (usually 3-5 business days). The company declines all responsibility for any delays not attributable to it or issues related to customs regulations in the country of delivery. If you encounter any issues with your purchase or shipping, you can contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

Payment
Payment for purchases must be made according to the methods and times agreed with the company upon purchase confirmation. Colomba reserves the right to cancel and/or refund orders placed by the customer if deemed necessary and without stating a reason. The customer is free to choose from the payment methods made available by the company at checkout. The company reserves the right to report any improper use of electronic payment methods or other illicit or suspicious activity to the competent authorities. Such activity will be reported to the competent international trade authorities and the relevant local authorities. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
Warranties and responsibilities
We exclude any responsibility for the contents of any websites that lead, directly or indirectly, to the portal. www.colombaonline.it or other company portals. All products sold on the portal comply with European standards. Therefore, all products sold are covered by a European warranty, in accordance with the regulations indicated by the company. The company will do everything in its power to keep the site active and up-to-date; however, the portal may occasionally be temporarily unavailable for technical reasons, or not optimized for use with certain browsers. We cannot guarantee the absolute absence of technical or content errors; any malfunctions of the portal will not be prosecutable or attributable to us. Colomba will not accept any responsibility for any loss or deletion of personal data entered on the portal, even if caused by its own fault. To request a refund, the product must be returned with the original tag and in optimal condition. If you receive a different item than what you ordered, we will issue a refund and/or replace the item in question free of charge. Any such errors must be promptly reported to our customer service before requesting any intervention. Colomba offers you all its technology to make every transaction secure.
Exports
All goods sold outside of Italy may be subject to local taxes or different customs regulations. Colomba is not responsible for any customs duties applied by the receiving country. For any information regarding any such impediments, please contact the customs authorities of the receiving country. All products are accompanied by a valid invoice. A virtual copy of the invoice can be sent in advance upon request at the time of payment. Some products in the catalog may not be available in specific countries due to local restrictions. Colomba reserves the right to refuse the purchase of any product without explanation.
Right of withdrawal in reference to Legislative Decree 206 of 2005
You can cancel your order before shipment, but only with Colomba's prior consent and with prior written notification. For details on this option, please contact our customer service. Colomba offers the option to unsubscribe from the portal at any time and/or modify your personal information without providing a reason. You may exercise this right within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If any part of this Terms and Services Agreement (TOS) is deemed unlawful by any local court, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. The company cannot be held responsible for any problems arising from circumstances beyond its control. These Terms and Services (TOS) are governed by Italian law. Any disputes not otherwise resolved will be handled by the competent local court.
Returns

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items, intact in all their parts, including tags and any labels and packaging, can be returned for a return voucher or refund within 14 days of the shipping date.

Return Instructions

1. To request a return authorization, the Customer must send an email to info@colombaonline.it within 14 days of receiving the order. The message must specify the codes of the items to be returned, the order number, and the desired compensation: return voucher or refund.

2. Returns can be made with any courier.

3. Return shipping costs will, in any case, be borne by the customer.

4. The customer can choose 2 types of compensation:

Return Voucher:

can be used only once within 2 months from the time of return;
cannot be combined with other Return Vouchers;
must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.


Reimbursement:

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received, inspected, and accepted. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
The refund will be made to the original account and in the same manner.
